My Father is an Otoe tribal member born and raised in and around Red Rock Oklahoma. His mother’s name was Eliza Jeans Mcglaslin and is a decendant from ST. Jo Missouri . JOSEPH ROUBIDEAUX . I believe as the way she indicated to me that when ever they were moved to Red Rock Oklahoma, she told us this information, and because she was not educated to the fact about what was to happen to her land and her habits and lifestyle she only leased her acres of land to the white man and never sold it. And the procedes were to go to my father’s children. Which was told to me the 4th generation. I am adamantly making a request and have talked to a lawyer in the past about my concern and I need these records modified,and if there is a representative of this information would very much have this concern sent to me in a letter form. I have tried in the past but to no avail. Why is this information kept secret from my family? Is it because our lack of education and how the white man came to this country and created laws to steal from uneducated Indian tribes for the oil and other mineral rights?
I was told that was why Russia, Chavez and Cuban people hate the United States is because they came to take our lands and abuse Blacks to slave for them so they can become rich and make fools out of the people of color.
